Chained Soldier Plot
Chained Soldier takes place in a world where there exists a parallel world with the name Mato. Mato is filled with monsters named Shuki and from time to time portals open between the world and individuals can travel from one world to another.
This Mato Mishap is the reason for the majority of the havoc. Our female protagonist, Kyoka was also a victim of such a mishap. Her entire village was destroyed by a Shuki. She later became the head of the leader of the 7th Squad in the Anti-Demon Corp.
Our male protagonist, Yuki also travelled to Mato due to the Mato Mishap. In Mato, there exists an Anti-Demon Corp consisting of many sub-divisions and all are in charge of maintaining peace in Mato. The anti-demon corp also looks after the Mat Mishap and consists entirely of women.
In Mato, only women gain the power to fight against the demons and Yui is the only known male in the series so far. The story is filled with a wide range of interesting characters and also a deep interesting plot to keep the fans on the edge of their seats.

Chained Soldier Season 1 Story So Far
Yuki got caught in a Mato Mishap and was brought to Mato where he faced a deadly threat of Shuki. Soon to his aid, Kyoka and her team arrived and when cornered by a large amount of Shukis, Yuki decided to make Yuki his slave and he turned out to be a far stronger Shuki than Yuki had ever witnessed.
After that, Yuki became a part of Squad 7 and served as a part-time caretaker of the Squad and also a battle slave for Kyoka. Yuki adjusted well with the Squad 7 and became an essential weapon in the arsenal of Kyoka.
Later on, we came across Yuki’s sister, Aoba who was also a victim of the Mato Mishap but rather than gaining strength she became a monster when she ate a peach fruit. She wanted to take Yuki back and fought with the Squad 7 and Squad 6.
In the season finale, we came across a few characters who claimed themselves as the God of Mato and were the main reason behind all the havoc in Mato. We finally have our main antagonist in the series and now all the battles will surely be directed against them.
We also got to see a glimpse of the Supreme Commander in the season finale and came to know about her no-tolerance policy against the Shukis. For the time being, Yuki has returned to Squad 7 at his old position but we can be sure that a big storm is ahead.
Chained Soldier Season 2 Release Date
Chained Soldier ended its first season with 12 episodes beginning from January 2024 to March 2024. Now the fans are eagerly waiting for its new season. The production has not begun yet and no official is saying from the team for now. Although we can expect the Chained Soldier Season 2 Release Date to be around the Fall of 2025. If delayed the Season can also come to us around the beginning or mid of 2026.
